I am a self-publishing author who recently released his first book, soon to be followed by another. I am using this blog to help get the word out about my books, and to sell them to the general public. I am a 30 something licensed youth minister in the Episcopal church, with a bible college degree in Christian education and 10 years of serious theological reflection under my belt. Speaking Engagements

I am looking for churches, libraries, book clubs, and religious studies groups that are seeking guest speakers. I would be willing to do any engagements for free, I just would also like the opportunity to promote my book. I am thinking of setting up some talks on the following subjects: "why we shouldn't run away from Biblical contradictions", "how to reconcile scientific and theological reflection on the nature of religion" and "images of creation in the Bible".
